Part 2 of this week's drabbles for
open_on_sunday, for the prompt "Stamp." Despite what I may have previously claimed about writing two drabbles this week, I'm beginning to suspect that it's an extremely well orchestrated subconscious attempt to avoid studying for my huge 8 hour exam at the end of this week. It's really a poor choice, since I'm convinced that I'm going to crash and burn spectacularly, mostly because I don't know physics. That's very much not the point, so here's the drabble.
Title: Postcards from Far Away
Characters: Oz
Pairing: Oz/Willow
Rating: PG
Summary: Oz never sends the letters he writes to her. Set between Wild at Heart and New Moon Rising.
Disclaimer: If I owned these characters, I wouldn't be writing fanfiction.
A/N: Title is heartlessly stolen from a Coldplay song of the same name, off of the Prospekt's March EP, I believe.

My triumphant return to
open_on_sunday drabbles (for the prompt "Stamp"), which I've been meaning to write, only not writing for quite a while. Months, really. I did two, which I'm posting seperately, so here's drabble the first. It's a Cordelia drabble, because, for whatever reason, I can't seem to write more than 100 words of Cordelia, even though I'm actually rather fond of her.
Title: Within the Lines
Characters: Cordelia, Harmony
Pairing: Cordelia/Xander mentioned, but mostly gen.
Rating: PG
Summary: Cordelia Chase didn't need to conform. Set during Bewitched, Bothered, and Bewildered.
Disclaimer: If I owned these characters, I wouldn't be writing fanfiction about them.

Name: Rumblings of a Dying Earth
Characters: Xander, Willow, Oz, Dawn, Giles, Riley, Faith, Buffy, Angel
Rating: PG-13
Word Count: 6,548
Summary: Everything must come to an end, sooner or later, and not even the Earth is exempt from that.
Disclaimer:
A/N: Nine, sometimes interconnected, ficlets, between 500 and 1,000 words each, for nine of the still living Scoobies, both current and former, set in the last days before the Earth dies. Not an apocalypse, just just the earth dying, for whatever reason makes sense to you. Maybe the sun exploded, or something like that. Actual author's notes at the end, under the cut.

This is my fic for the
cya_ficathon, cross-posted at
cya_archive. I'm feeling sort of ridiculous, because I had it finished at a perfectly reasonable time, but completely spaced and didn't remember to post it on the archive until 11:58 tonight, and it was due today. It could be because I can't remember the last time I slept more than 5 consecutive hours for two days in a row, but I could be wrong.
Title: Sibling Rivalry (How to Play Well With Others)
Summary:When the Winchesters come for dinner, Dean and Dawn bond over salad making and sibling relationships, in the process, helping Dawn deal with some of her issues with her relationship with Buffy. Crossover (BtVS/SPN). Gen, Dean/Dawn friendship, with some Dawn/Buffy sisterly bonding
Rating: T/PG-13, for some instances of language
Warnings: Some language, because Dean is a little bit of a pottymouth. Some light Buffy bashing, from Dawn's POV, but it's just typical younger sister bashing.
Word Count: 4,577
Author's Notes: My first crossover, first Supernatural fic, first ficathon, and first attempt at writing 1st Person, Present tense. I had fun trying all sorts of new things, and I really hope it works to the prompter's satisfaction.
I'm not sure who requested this quite yet, but I hope they enjoy it!
( Prompt and story under cut )
First fic in months, mostly because I have the suckiest memory ever. I have a number of things that need posting, most of which were written over Lent (which I didn't read or post fanfiction for, just because I could), which I'll get around to eventually.

Two drabbles written for this week's
open_on_sundayprompt: burn(s). Probably not my best work, because I wrote them fairly spontaneously and off the top of my head, mostly because I wanted to avoid doing my reading for class tomorrow. In my defence, Buffyverse is way more interesting than the Crimean War, anyway.

I wrote this quite a while ago, for an
open_on_sunday prompt of "fire," which I had already missed, but, for whatever reason, never posted it here. It's on ff.net, but not here. Huh.
Name: Burned
Pairing: Cordelia/Xander, implied hints of Willow/Xander and "the Fluke"
Rating: PG
Word Count: 100
Disclaimer: If I owned any of this, fanfiction is the last thing I would be writing.
Summary: Xander Harris deserves to burn for what he's done to her. A Cordelia POV drabble, post-Lover's Walk.

- Music:I Gave You All- Mumford & Sons
Name: Seasonal
Pairing: Willow/Tara, Willow/Kennedy, Willow/Xander, Willow/Oz, but ultimately, Willow/Oz
Rating: PG
Word Count: 400
Disclaimer: I don't own anything under the cut, I swear.
Summary: Willow's been in four relationships in her life, one for each season.
Note: I'm counting "The Fluke" as a relationship, just to make things simpler. Also, I didn't make it all the way to S7, so my Kennedy might be a little iffy.

My contribution for the
winter_of_faith project. A little bit stressful, since I've never written Faith before, but it was fun.
( Dirge Without Music (No More Funerals) )
Fic: Dirge Without Music (No More Funerals)
Fandom: BtVS
Characters: Faith Lehane, Rupert Giles, mentions of Merrick
Pairings: none
Rating: PG-13
Word Count:1,778
Beta: None
Spoilers: AU, but references spoilers to original Buffy movie
Authors Note: I've never seen the original movie, so I'm working off what we learned of Merrick in Becoming. Title taken from Edna St. Vincent Milay poem.
Summary:In an AU where Faith was called first, instead of Buffy, Faith still mourns Merrick. Three parts. This assumes that everything that happened to Buffy, including her arrival in Sunnydale, happened to Faith in the exact same way.

Name: White Picket Fences
Pairing: Willow/Oz
Rating: PG-13

Disclaimer: I don't own any of this. Not even a little bit. It's all Joss Whedon and Mutant Enemy.
Willow's worried about graduating. Oz reassures her. Pointless fluff, set immediately after the episode Choices.

Inspired by two quotes from the movie Tangled, which made me think of Willow and Oz, for whatever reason.
Flynn Rider: You OK?
Rapunzel: I'm terrified.
F: Why?
R: I've been looking out a window for eighteen years, dreaming about what it might feel like when those lights rise in the sky. What if it's not everything that I dreamed it would be?
F: It will be.
R: And what if it is? What do I do then?
F: Well that's the good part, I guess. You get to go find a new dream.
And, then, at the end of the movie.
F: You were my new dream.
Pairing: Willow/Oz
